The Journey
Velvet Ink Studio reached out wanting a website that matched the artistry of their tattoo work. As a boutique studio with multiple talented artists, they needed a platform that could showcase individual styles, educate potential clients about the process, and streamline their consultation booking system.
Design & Development Process
I designed this tattoo studio website with a gallery-first approach, letting the artwork take center stage. The dark color palette and smooth transitions create an atmosphere that feels true to the studio. Each artist has a dedicated profile with filterable work, and the booking system captures style preferences and placement details to prepare artists for consultations.
Results & Impact
The website has become Velvet Ink's primary client acquisition tool, with consultation requests increasing significantly since launch.
