Problem Framing
Estate Collective needed a web presence that could make luxury property inventory feel immediate, premium, and easy to explore. The main challenge was keeping large imagery immersive while preserving navigation and contact clarity.
What Was Built
I imported the real estate screen captures and walkthrough video, then mapped the project into the existing portfolio system with real estate-specific positioning. The page structure emphasizes featured listings, visual authority, and direct inquiry paths.
- Large-format property visuals paired with clear listing navigation
- Desktop, mobile, mid-page, and lower-page screenshots imported
- Motion walkthrough added for project preview and case-study context
Delivery Outcomes
The project now has its own project route, work spotlight, generated case study, and blog coverage. The imported assets give the site enough static and motion proof to support portfolio cards, metadata, and deeper content pages.
